What you are buying

A time-limited license key that activates one piece of software (the "product") on one personal computer, for the duration stated on the key. The product is provided as-is. You are paying for the time-limited access and the work behind it, not for a guaranteed outcome.

One PC per key

A key binds to the first machine it activates on. You can reset the binding yourself through the self-service portal if you change hardware or PCs. Sharing, reselling, leasing, or transferring keys is not permitted and voids the key.

Refunds

Because a key can be activated and the product used within minutes, all sales are final once a key is activated. Unactivated keys may be refunded at our discretion within 7 days. If a build is down through our fault, see the comp policy — you are not left short.

Detections and downtime

Anti-cheat is adversarial and we make no guarantee of continuous undetected status. Current state is published on the status page. If a build is confirmed down for more than 6 hours during a detection window or a slow patch, affected active keys receive double the lost time, added automatically.

Your conduct

You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the product; not to attack, overload, or probe our infrastructure; and not to use the product in a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any game or service the product interacts with.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any account suspension, hardware issue, data loss, or other consequence arising from use of the product. You assume all risk. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the key in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the changelog and on Discord before they take effect. Continued use after that point is acceptance.
